  • Stepping Up to Leadership, a 4-day program geared towards those new to the role of supervisor and those wishing to revisit the fundamental skills of leading a team. The program covers a wide area that helps participants understand their role as leaders, and how to get the most from their team.
  • Partnering for Performance, a 2-day program for supervisors and managers on how to set goals for direct reports, and provide the direction and support needed for success. Participants learn how to effectively set individual goals, provide constructive coaching and feedback, and correct performance problems. The program also addresses how to effectively use formal performance management tools such as an annual performance review process, structured one-on-one meetings, and individual development plans.
