  • Understanding the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), a 2-hour program designed for supervisors, managers, and anyone responsible for employee attendance. Participants learn how to define the act, communicate eligibility requirements, articulate some commonly covered incidents, and identify potential situations when employees are absent.
     
  • Avoiding Sexual Harassment, a full-day program that gives participants the opportunity to review the legal definition of sexual harassment and differentiate between situations that satisfy the legal definition and those that don't. The program also explores the different attitudes and reactions to sexual harassment, while providing some preventative measures available to protect the individual and the organization.
